We’ll start our journey with a short walk in the valley, where you’ll learn about its fascinating history, geology, and ecology. Our guide will point out some of the unique flora and fauna that call the valley home and share some interesting stories about the indigenous people who have lived here for centuries.

Next, we’ll take part in an interactive demonstration of musical instruments made from natural materials, like bamboo, grown right there in Caura. You’ll have the chance to create your own unique sounds and rhythms! This is a fun and engaging way to connect with nature and the local culture, and to learn about the importance of sustainability in our daily lives.

As the day draws to a close, we’ll enjoy a farm-to-table experience, where you’ll savour the fresh, local flavours of the valley. Our food is prepared using only the finest organic ingredients, sourced from the Ile Farm!. You’ll learn about the importance of sustainable agriculture, and the vital role it plays in supporting the local community. A refreshing dip in the nearby crystal-clear river that runs through the valley is also an option. You can swim, relax on the riverbank, or simply soak in the stunning natural surroundings. Spend an evening in the village of Caura! Experience the makings of percussion instruments from the likes of bamboo and calabash. Spend the evening having dinner under the stars as we join a community activity of a movie night, surrounded by the natural beauty of the hills.
